# MicroQuant v1 evaluation terms — development draft

Status: unapproved development text. This document is not a production license,
order form, warranty, support commitment, or statement of commercial
availability. A production grant requires an executed agreement approved by the
applicable legal and signing authorities.

Repository access permits technical evaluation of the source, development
packages, generated artifacts, documentation, and tests in a non-production
environment. It does not permit production use, customer-facing deployment,
redistribution, sublicensing, removal of proprietary notices, or representation
that an engineering target is commercially supported.

The software and generated output are provided for evaluation as-is. Integer
quantization can change model behavior. Evaluators are responsible for testing
their model, firmware, target, security boundary, safety requirements, and
regulatory obligations. MicroQuant v1 makes no safety, certification,
performance, accuracy, memory, target-support, or fitness claim beyond the
current machine-readable support contract and accepted evidence associated with
the exact evaluated bytes.

Technical evaluation does not authorize upload of private models or data to a
public service. The contact form should contain only information the submitter
is authorized to share. Model transfer, retention, deletion, and confidential
work require a separately approved handling agreement.

The repository license file and an executed agreement, when one exists, govern
use of delivered software. This draft must be replaced or approved by counsel
before any commercial release.
